Using My10

My10 is provided by Franktown Adventist to its own members, free, as a help to the work of visiting and studying with people. It is invite-only: accounts are made by the church, not by signing up.

What is asked of you

• Your account is yours. Do not sign in as somebody else, or let somebody else sign in as you.
• What you write about a person is a pastoral note, not a file. Write what helps you love them well, and nothing you would be ashamed for them to read.
• What you see in My10 stays in My10. A name on somebody's ten is not news to pass on.
• Do not use My10 to record anything you have been told in confidence that was meant to stay there.

What the church can do

An administrator can close an account, and can connect a person you have added to the church's Planning Center directory when you ask them to. Nothing you record reaches Planning Center unless an administrator has connected that person and turned syncing on for you.

What is not promised

My10 is a small piece of software maintained by one church. It is offered as it is, without warranty. It may be unavailable, it may change, and it may one day stop. It is a help for keeping track — it is not a system of record, and it is not a substitute for the church's own records.
